“Stef was engaged to cook for eight people in France at pretty short notice and from the beginning, Stef demonstrated great organisational skills.
She kept the kitchen very clean and tidy, to such an extent that it was often difficult to see that someone was preparing meals. Food production was 5 stars and all of our guests commented on how beautifully food was presented on the table.
Stef’s ability to balance multiple preferences and individual quirks was impressive, every meal cheerfully prepared. The ultimate compliment for any chef is how flavoursome are the dishes and Stef excelled at keeping us all happy.

DREAMY TUSCAN WEDDING
"We planned our two-week wedding at a Villa in Tuscany from Texas and had to do almost everything online or over text. When we found Chef Stef we knew we had lucked out, little did we know how crucial she would turn out to be or what a great lifetime friendship we would have! Of all the vendors, she was the most laid back and easiest to deal with from afar.
When we got to the Villa she was extremely helpful not just with the menus and shopping but also helping to translate with the house staff and Villa owner as issues arose.
She's a beautiful person, an absolute joy to be around with a positive attitude and always willing to help.
Did I mention she was 32 weeks pregnant at the time?
From coordinating hot breakfast for 16 people daily to having charcuterie and snacks out all day, elaborate dinners to finding fun local foods to try, she nailed it. Everyone loved the dishes that she prepared— from white lasagna to beef bourguignon, truffle pasta with local porcini mushrooms and all of the sides and salads to go with them.
She helped us find the best wedding cake made by a local bakery and we loved her so much we asked her to be in our wedding! We were sad to part ways at the end of our trip but we knew we had made a friend for life and we've kept in touch since.
